Pine Day 3: Cafe

lg

{Notice the New Patterson Construction truck}

The Patterson Service Cafe and Motel was owned & operated by Edwin and Celeste Patterson.
It was later taken over by their son Harold and Marilyn Patterson.
Patterson Construction was first started by Harold and Marilyn Patterson.
It was later taken over by Edwin and Bethany Patterson.
Someday I hope to be the 4th generation, Mrs. Patterson to work in the Cafe.

We kicked off our 4th of July festivities with a homestyle breakfast at the Cafe.
Lupe cooks up the worlds BEST omelet.
The girls always order the Mickey Mouse pancakes served with warm maple syrup.
It reminded me of the first time I cooked for Grandma M. I made french toast with apple cinnamon swirl bread served with fresh cream and warm maple syrup.
Grandma, being the prized cook that she is, smiled and graciously complimented me on the meal. She said a good cook always warms thier syrup.
Amen!
