I had big plans to plant an apple orchard at my home.

While gathering my basketful I couldn't resist eating a few.
I bit into the biggest one I could find.
It was warm from the summer sun, juicy and faintly tart.
I imagined the smell of an apple crisp baking for my burly Mr.
as he walks in the door after a long day at work.
He would relax, unwind, smile and kiss me.
It worked.
